Lauren Booth

A true native of Conway, Lauren Booth, has joined our Real Estate team! She was born and raised in Conway and has extensive knowledge of the Grand Strand area as well as Florence, Williamsburg, and Marion County. She holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraisers license and has been active in the real estate appraisal field for the last 20 years, in both commercial and residential real estate. Lauren owns her own appraisal business, Booth Appraisal Services, LLC where she appraises both commercial and residential real estate, as well as vacant land. She has been a licensed realtor for the last 18 years, and is Co-Owner of Booth’s Christmas Tree Farm in Conway. In her free time, she enjoys working on the family tree farm, fossil hunting, and traveling with her son, Troy.

Betty Croom

Betty joined the team as a Real Estate Agent. She was born in North Carolina and grew up in Georgia. Betty moved to South Carolina when she was 15 years old and has now lived in Horry County for 40 years. Originally she lived in Conway but moved to Loris 5 years ago. Betty worked in customer service as an Office Manager for over 35 years before taking the leap into Real Estate.

Betty's favorite thing to do in the Grand Strand is spending time in Downtown Conway, where she and her husband, Chris, have a date night at Chanti's every Friday. You can also find her enjoying her time outside working in her yard. She has two sons and five grandsons, and an eight year old chihuahua named Ginger.

Tori was born and raised in the small town of Aynor, South Carolina. Prior to joining the Diamond Shores Team as Administrative Office Assistant, she worked at a charming boutique in Downtown Conway, helping to grow both in-store and online sales. While there, she gained over 3 years of sales and marketing experience, and made meaningful and long-lasting connections with locals. After graduating from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2023, she set out on her career journey to becoming a Licensed Realtor. Completing her education at Pinnacle Real Estate Academy, Tori got her Real Estate license in May of 2024. Since then, she has enjoyed helping her friends, family, and colleagues in finding their dream homes, and navigating them through the home selling process.
